Amazing mountain scenery, especially from the top on clear days. Tour guide great and accommodation comfortable and full of character. Mid summer more likely to guarantee good weather.

Good tour but some of the hotels were very basic, although that is to be expected in Europe. The tour director was very good and it's great to see free wi-fi on the tour coach.

We did not realise that we would see so many mountain passes. Another tour company has country roads tours - well Cosmos surely had 'The Country Roads of the Alps'. Coach driver Massimo was excellent and provided a lot of support for Zsofia. He worked that extra long bus in very difficult situations. We all felt very safe with him. As a tour it was exceptional in places we visited and value for money. We will recommend it to anyone we hear is travelling to Europe and wants to see the Alps. Thankyou Cosmos, Zsofia and Massimo!

Our tour guide who was from Hungary was just a delight. She treated us like family and nothing was too much trouble for her. She really loved her job and was really good at it. Our Italian coach driver was a delight also. A great driver, you really felt safe with him. Just a great tour.

Trip put together very well everything went smoothly, very professional service given. I would certainly book again with Global Journeys.

The tour was good value for money. I would have preferred more time at less things, too much crammed in to the time. The accommodation was all good, but we really missed having tea making facilities. The tour was fantastic - scenery was to die for. Our guide Mihaela Lacko was the best guide we have ever had on any tour - she was just wonderful. The accommodation was always good - often great. Could do the same tour again. Very good value - congratulations Cosmos.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Alpine Tour with Globus & would be happy to recommend it to other travellers. In particular I would like to commend highly our tour guide & driver. A very enjoyable tour with a great tour director. One of the best features was that we kept off the highways and it was a real Alpine adventure. The optional dinner in Piemonte was stunning and well worth it. Train trips were good. We were left to ourselves on the last night but were able to organise our own farewell dinner.

We had an amazing time on the alpine adventures tour, the only downside was the 'optional tours'. The first tour was cancelled as only 13 instead of 15 (min. no. as required by Cosmos!) requested to go. I found this very disappointing as when we booked we are told they are 'our' optional tours, not the companies! We always go on all the tours to make ...read more sure we get as much out of our trip as possible and I think Cosmos should re think this policy. If they do not want to run the coach for lesser numbers they should make other arrangements for us to be able to go as a small group. Luckily a couple of other tours went ahead anyway, or there would have been a few disgruntled customers and complaints.

Overall excellent. Hannah booked our tour and was very efficient and friendly. Tour was beautiful and tour guide Mikhala was very good, nothing was too hard for her and did everything with smile.

A great tour. Tour guide was execellent with any question, she was able to answer if not she find out the answer. The driver was great, felt very safe all the time.
