It was our first Europe tour organised with Global Journeys and it was a success! Fast paced but pretty good. We enjoyed it with Martin as our Tour Director who was very well knowledgeable on the places we saw. He was very organised & helpful to all of us which made our journey a truly wonderful experience. The trip was excellent in terms of content and delivered in terms of what we were expecting. Jemma was brilliant in assisting us with our bookings and made the whole process was seamless. Overall we would definitely book again with Global Journeys for another tour.

The tour has covered a lot of amazing things and places we wanted to see and experience. The duration totally suits to our preference as well - anything would be too long. I would have wanted to have at least 2 nights per major location but in the end the timeframe still works excellently considering the amount of coverage we had.

Jonathan our Travel Director was awesome and helpful who made things easy with a good sense of humour, an outstanding organisational skills and a wealth of knowledge. Tamas was a very skilled driver and managed to get us through a few potentially traffic issues without causing any trouble. The weather was a bit hot but couldn't complain much as we haven't seen a bad weather except for one where we were comfortably sitting in our coach. Good if the coach wifi can be improved. Hotels are okay but the one in Lucerne is charming and exceptional with great views and ambience. Definitely lots of beautiful experiences. The optional activities are mostly well worth it. Certainly recommend Global Journeys and Trafalgar.

The trip was fantastic and me and my family enjoyed everything that was included. The companion was very nice the guide was excellent he made everything easy and he was very helpful and informative. The food was excellent, the excursions were excellent too and we do thank you for this wonderful holiday it was a once in a lifetime experience.

Had a great time . The Travel Director Jonathan Newsam was excellent. Nothing was too difficult for him. He was helpful to every Traveller, when needed. All Hotels were standard except one which was dealt with by Jonathan. The Coach driver Dirk was excellent also. He know how to handle the bus. We all felt safe. This being my first trip alone to Europe, I decided that I must have a "taste" of the regions around there, hence my decision to join a group tour. The trip I selected initially was European Cavalcade but due to lack of numbers, was not a confirmed tour and I requested for a tour that had been confirmed. Hannah suggested the European Accent, which turned out to be wonderful. There were 48 of us on tour plus Bernadette Willis the tour director and Ivan (most of the trip). Bernie was fantastic, energetic and so totally organised in getting everyone in and out of hotels, attractions and stopover places in time. She had such patience and always with a big smile,always helpful for even the silliest of questions. Everyone loved her. Ivan was practical, patient, helpful with the luggage and always ready for us when we returned from our local tours. Both of them managed the group wonderfully together. A big huge thanks to them.

I loved the places we visited and that Trafalgar has such good relationship with the museums and other attractions that we were greeted with smiles and offered drinks on the house - such as at Burrano restaurant in Italy. Apparently this takes years in establishing and clearly shows the quality of TDs that Trafalgar employs. Bernie seemed to know everyone and they greeted her with open arms. Again, proof of ongoing work in establishing good relationships.

I loved the Sistine Chapel, Vatican Museum, Venice, Florence - seeing the real David was amazing, Murrano glass blowing demo, Rhone cruise in Germany, Paris, Lyons, Monaco, Pont d'Avignon, Cannes, etc. the extras were pretty amazing too and I was glad to have the choice or not since there were days I just wanted to stay at the hotel and chill. The tour was a bit too fast paced for me, but only because I was not over jet-lag and getting up at 5:30 every morning was a bit too hard for my brain. Please warn people coming from different time zones to give themselves a few days before getting on tour as jet-lag can really hit you.

The tour itself was quite good, but the coach was quite uncomfortable and they should have highlighted better what was and wasn't included. They need to fix the Wifi as it wasn't very usable.

I traveled to Europe with my husband in October 2013 and thought the European Accent Tour was the best option tour for ourselves after we did research on what we wanted to see and how much time we had to do it. Our tour was led by Debra who I would recommend to anyone who would listen, she is a lovely lady who knows every aspect of the places we visited. She was helpful and she had the whole tour and other guests organised in advance of everything we did. Any speed bumps that may have occurred were not made public to us until after the fact and the special touches she added for all of her guests were terrific. In particular the little phrase pads she gave us for each country we visited were such a welcome touch, not to mentioned used very often. The highlight of this trip for the both of us was our fellow travelers (most of whom were Australian like us) and we would recommend upgrading to the additional day/night excursions as we saw things that we wouldn't have been able to other wise. The best of these add ons was our optional day trip to Burano Island in Venice, we had the most delicious lunch and it was so lovely seeing the little colourful village. We would recommend both Global Journey's in booking our holiday, Trafalgar for looking after us and for Debra for all her knowledge and kindness.
