Please book your flight to arrive into Rome prior to 03:00 PM. (D)

The picturesque Amalfi Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed stretch of coastline, has been a much-loved holiday destination since ancient times. Located in Southern Italy's Campania region, 20km from Sorrento, it boasts many seaside towns with Italian villas, boutiques and beach clubs hugging the cliffs that rise from the glittering ocean.

We will stay overnight in Capri. (B/L/D)

The allure of this Italian island paradise is timeless. Stroll the winding streets and dine al fresco under twinkling fairy lights— try the classic Caprese salad and Limoncello, a local lemon liqueur. Marvel at the towering cliffs and hidden sea caves, including the Blue Grotto, an illuminated sea cave.

We will stay overnight in Sorrento. (B/L/D)

Sorrento is a tempting destination on the Italian coastline, with exceptional sea views, mouthwatering cuisine and authentic Italian style. A romantic haven, Sorrento has steep coastal cliffs studded with stout Italian villas, world-class restaurants with sweeping views of the Bay of Naples, and fragrant lemon groves nestled beside tranquil wine bars. (B/L/D)

Gaeta is a popular holiday destination set on a headland that juts out towards the Gulf of Gaeta, in the Lazio region of Southern Italy. A key attraction in Gaeta is Montagna Spaccata (Split Mountain), a natural sea grotto. According to legend the miraculous split rock was created when God sent a lightning bolt making three giant cracks in the mountain. (B/L/D)

Porto Cervo is a holiday hotspot favoured by discerning travellers drawn to its upscale hotels, luxury boutiques, exceptional restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Porto Cervo's yacht marina is filled with opulent yachts, and the marina hosts prestigious events like the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup. (B/L/D)

Perched atop a narrow limestone peninsula, Bonifacio offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Step back in time in the Old Town, which is a fortified citadel crowded with narrow streets and historic structures. Be sure to visit the staircase of the King of Aragon (Escalier du Roi d'Aragon), a steep flight of steps carved into the cliffside, which leads down to the blue-green sea. (B/L/D)

After breakfast, set off to explore Rome and uncover the ancient history of this storied city. In the afternoon, we'll welcome you back on board your Emerald Cruises luxury yacht for the second half of your journey to explore the Mediterranean. (B/L/D)

According to local legend, Calvi is where the intrepid global explorer, Christopher Columbus, was born. While historians debate this, the natural beauty and rich culture of Calvi is undisputed. Calvi's beach is a sweeping bay of powdered white sand fringed by maritime pines, and the town has emerged as Corsica's culture ‘capital', hosting several music festivals over the summer months. (B/L/D)

The bustling port city of Livorno on the western coast of Tuscany is renowned for its scenic beauty and delicious seafood. It has a modern seaport and picturesque views of the Mediterranean. The city's culinary scene is heavily influenced by its seaside location, offering dishes like 'cacciucco', a traditional fish stew that's a must-try for every visitor. (B/L/D)

This seaside village is famed for the pure, pale Italian marble that is mined and quarried from the nearby mountains. The marble has been used for some of the most important artistic wonders of the world, such as Michelangelo's David. The glimmering marble-threaded mountains contrast again the coastal scenery of Marina di Carrara. (B/L/D)

We set sailing early in the morning to reach Porto Venere. This UNESCO World Heritage site boasts great swimming spots beloved also by the iconic poet Lord Byron for swimming and meditating in the early 1800s.
