The highlight of this tour for us is Niagara Falls where you will ride a boat to the falls nearly in front of it. Cosmos delivered what it says on the itinerary and the quality of the hotels is pretty good, With the exception of no breakfast on almost all days. We enjoyed the tour, our first with Insight Vacations in Canada and America. I feel that Insight Vacations standards have dropped - not totally but no airport pick up or drop off's, then a hotel change at the end. We paid months earlier, then came the notification about the change from a $700 night hotel to a $168 night hotel.
