Had so many highlights on this tour, it's hard to single one out. Uluru and Kings Canyon would have to be up there. Seeing Uluru both at sunset and sunrise was fantastic, as was the 'Under a Desert Moon' degustion dinner and completing the rim walk at Kings Canyon. Our Outback BBQ dinner on the last night was a fabulous way to wrap up this amazing ...read more tour. Our tour director, Tony, was fantastic- a wealth of knowledge and so much fun! Couldn't have asked for a better tour leader. Phil, our driver was also great, friendly and helpful. All included meals and accommodation were great. Mid September was a wonderful time to visit the Red Centre.

Great tour from Darwin to Perth with AAT Kings. Small group on a large coach allowed plenty of room for everyone. Delma, the Tour Director and Rhys, the Bus Driver were very professional, provided lots of information of the areas we visited and ensured all had a wonderful time. Nothing was to much trouble. A great tour of a rather remote part of Australia...a great tour to do it if, like us, you are not 4WD travellers. Well structured and organised by AAT Kings. The campsite was amazing - so comfortable and central to all the walks. Trekking up Mt Sonder was challenging and rewarding, and the river crossing was a great way to finish the walk on the day. The food was superb and the guides went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. However, if someone was after a very comfortable tour, then I would highly recommend this one. The guides were terrific and so informative, polite, and obliging.
